五倍子单宁酸对1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响

摘要(Abstract):
试验旨在探究五倍子单宁酸(HGT)对1~21日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。选取健康且体重相近的1日龄黄羽肉鸡288只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加150、300、450 mg/kg HGT。试验期为21 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加150 mg/kg HGT可以降低21日龄黄羽肉鸡的耗料增重比(P<0.05);不同剂量HGT对黄羽肉鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均无显著影响;随着HGT添加剂量的增加,血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量呈线性升高(P<0.05),但各组间血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量均差异不显著;各HGT组肝脏的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量与对照组均差异不显著。因此,饲粮中添加HGT可显著提高黄羽肉鸡生长前期的饲料利用效率并可增强其免疫功能。
