辣诺提取物对产蛋高峰后期蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘要(Abstract):

试验旨在研究辣诺提取物(辣木和诺丽果提取物)对产蛋高峰后期罗曼粉蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化及生化指标的影响。选取产蛋率相近、健康的60周龄健康罗曼粉蛋鸡300只,随机分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,辣诺提取物组在基础饲粮中添加500 mg/kg辣诺提取物。预试期2周,正试期8周。结果表明:辣诺提取物组平均日采食量比对照组提高9.57%(P<0.05),平均蛋重有提高趋势(P=0.070);辣诺提取物组第2周蛋白高度有提高趋势(P=0.074),第6周和第8周蛋白高度分别比对照组高11.93%和12.12%(P<0.05),但鸡蛋储藏1周后辣诺提取物组鸡蛋蛋白高度和哈氏单位分别下降42.30%和29.67%(P>0.05);与对照组相比,辣诺提取物组第4周血清丙二醛含量有降低趋势(P=0.082),甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白分别比对照组低28.00%和32.18%(P<0.05)。综上所述,产蛋高峰后期添加辣诺提取物不影响蛋鸡产蛋性能,但蛋品质和脂质代谢有一定程度改善。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of water extraction of MM(Moringa oleifera and Morinda citrifolia) on production performance, egg quality, serum antioxidant, and biochemical indexes in Roman powder laying hens during late peak period. A total of 300 healthy Roman powder laying hens(60 weeks old) were randomly divided into 2 treatments with 10 replicates of 15 birds each. The control group and the experimental group(MM) was fed without MM or with 500 mg/kg water extraction of MM, respectively. The pre feeding period lasted 2 weeks and the formal experiment lasted 8 weeks. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake of MM group was significantly increased by 9.57%(P<0.05), and there was an increasing trend in the average egg weight of MM group(P=0.070). At the second week of the experiment, the protein height of MM group had an increasing trend(P=0.074) compared with the control guoup, and it was 11.93% and 12.12% higher than that in the control group at the 6 th and 8 th week(P<0.05) compared with the control group. However, after 1 week storage, egg protein height, and Haugh unit were decreased by 42.30% and 29.67%(P>0.05), respectively. At the 4 th week of the experiment, there was a decreasing trend in the content of malondialdehyde between MM group and the control group(P=0.082). The serum triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in MM group were significantly 28.00% and 32.18% lower than those in the control group, respectively(P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of MM extraction in late peak laying period had no significant effect on laying performance, but could improve egg quality and lipid metabolism to some extent.
