不同解冻程序对荣昌猪冷冻精液解冻效果的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为优化猪冷冻精液解冻程序,本研究使用3种解冻液(M、J和C)对荣昌猪冷冻精液进行解冻,检测冷冻精液在不同解冻温度(32、37、42、47、52℃)和不同解冻时间(10 s或20 s)解冻后的精子活率、精子活力、快速前进运动精子数和慢速前进运动精子数,并使用因子分析法评估不同解冻液最佳解冻程序。结果显示:解冻液M在保存指标和持续指标方面较优;解冻液J在即时指标和持续指标方面较优;解冻液C在持续指标方面较优。综合分析表明,解冻液M和解冻液J的最佳解冻程序为42℃水浴解冻20 s,解冻液C的最佳解冻程序为32℃水浴解冻20 s。
In order to optimize the thawing procedure of pig frozen semen, this study used three thawing fluids(M, J and C) to defrost the frozen semen of Rongchang pigs, and detected the frozen semen at different thawing temperatures(32℃, 37℃, 42℃, 47℃ and 52℃) and different thawing time(10 s or 20 s) after thawing, sperm motility, sperm motility, number of fastmoving sperm and slow-moving sperm, and using factor analysis to evaluate the best thawing of different thawing solutions program. The results show that thawing solution M is better in terms of preservation index and continuous index; thawing solution J is better in terms of immediate index and continuous index; thawing solution C is better in terms of continuous index. Comprehensive analysis found that the best thawing program for thawing solution M and thawing solution J was 42℃ water bath thawing for 20 s, and the best thawing program for thawing solution C was 32℃ water bath thawing for 20 s.
