大豆异黄酮对生长猪生长性能、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Soybean Isoflavones on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemistry,Immunity and Antioxidant Capacity in Growing Pigs

摘要(Abstract):

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平大豆异黄酮对生长猪生长性能、血清生化、免疫和抗氧化能力的影响。选取60头体重(25.83±1.24)kg的健康杜×长×大阉公猪,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加10、20、40 mg/kg大豆异黄酮。预试期5 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮提高了试验猪后期(15~28 d)的平均日增重(ADG)(P=0.05),且与大豆异黄酮的添加剂量呈线性相关(P<0.05);与对照组相比,大豆异黄酮组试验猪第29天血清样中球蛋白(GLB)含量升高(P<0.05),白球比(A/G)下降(P<0.05),且A/G随着大豆异黄酮添加剂量的增加呈线性降低(P<0.05),尿素氮(UN)水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加大豆异黄酮均提高了试验猪第15天血清补体C3含量及第29天血清IgA浓度(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加大豆异黄酮降低了试验猪血浆丙二醛(MDA)浓度(P≤0.05),提高了过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),其中第15天血浆MDA浓度呈线性下降模式(P=0.05),第29天血浆CAT活性呈线性上升趋势(P=0.056)。综上,饲粮中添加大豆异黄酮可提高生长猪后期ADG,且与大豆异黄酮的添加剂量呈线性相关;添加大豆异黄酮对生长猪血清免疫指标、血浆抗氧化指标等均有显著改善作用。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of soybean isoflavones(SIF) at different levels on growth performance,serum biochemistry,immunity and antioxidant capacity in growing pigs.A total of 60 barrows(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,25.83±1.24 kg BW) were randomly allocated into 4 groups,with 5 pens per group and 3 pigs per pen.The pigs in the control group were fed with basal diet,and the treatment group were fed a basal diet supplemented with 10,20 or 40 mg/kg SIF respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 28 d after 5 d adaption.Dietary supplementation of SIF increased ADG of pigs during d 15 to 28(P=0.05),and linear increase effect was found(P<0.05).The dietary supplementation of SIF increased GLB(P<0.05),decreased UN(P<0.05),and linearly decreased A/G ratio of serum collected on d 29.Dietary supplementation of SIF increased serum C3(P<0.05) collected on d 15 and serum IgA(P<0.05) collected on d 29,respectively.The level of MDA in plasma was decreased with SIF supplementation(P≤0.05),and linearly decrease tendency was found in plasma collected on d 15(P=0.05).The activity of CAT in plasma was increased with the supplementation of SIF(P<0.05),and linearly increment tendency was found in plasma collected on d 29(P=0.056).In summary,dietary supplementation of SIF can increase ADG of growing pigs with linear effect at later period,and it is beneficial to improve serum immune indexes and plasma antioxidant parameters of pigs.
