胆碱对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血液生殖激素及蛋品质的影响Effects of Choline on Reproductive Performance,Blood Reproductive Hormone and Egg Quality of Breeding Geese during Laying Period

摘要(Abstract):
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平胆碱对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血液中生殖激素和蛋品质的影响。选择34周龄体况相似的种鹅(五龙鹅)180只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每重复5只(4母1公),各组饲粮中胆碱添加水平分别为0、200、400、600、800、1 000 mg/kg。预试期1周,正试期10周。结果表明:400~800 mg/kg组种蛋合格率高于0 mg/kg组(P<0.01),600 mg/kg组产蛋率高于0、200 mg/kg组(P<0.05),600mg/kg组孵化率高于0、1000mg/kg组(P<0.05);600、800mg/kg组孕酮、睾酮及雌二醇含量高于0mg/kg组(P<0.01);400~800mg/kg组蛋白高度高于0mg/kg组(P<0.01),600mg/kg组蛋壳强度高于0 mg/kg组(P<0.01),孕酮与蛋合格率显著相关,睾酮与种蛋合格率及产蛋率极显著相关,雌二醇与产蛋率、蛋合格率及孵化率极显著相关。可见,600 mg/kg胆碱可显著提高种鹅产蛋率、种蛋合格率、种蛋孵化率,显著提高种蛋蛋壳强度、蛋白高度,显著增加血清孕酮、睾酮、雌二醇含量,且生殖激素水平与繁殖性能具有相关性。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of adding different levels of choline on the reproductive performance,blood reproductive hormones and egg quality of the breeding geese during the laying period.A total of 180breeding geese(Wulong geese) with similar physical condition at 34weeks old were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6replicates in each group,supplementing choline 0,200,400,600,800,and 1 000 mg/kg in diet.The pre-trial period was 1week,and the trial-period was 10 weeks.The results showed that the qualification rate of breeding eggs in the 400-800 mg/kg groups was higher than that in the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.01),and the egg production rate in the 600 mg/kg group was higher than that in the 0 and 200 mg/kg groups(P<0.05),the hatching rate of the 600 mg/kg group higher than that of the 0 and 1 000 mg/kg group(P<0.05);The levels of progesterone,testosterone and estradiol in the 600 and 800 mg/kg groups were higher than those in the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.01);The protein height of 400~800 mg/kg group was higher than that of 0 mg/kg group(P<0.01),the eggshell strength of 600 mg/kg group was higher than that of the 0 mg/kg group(P<0.01),and the progesterone is significantly related to the qualified rate of breeding eggs,the pestosterone is very significantly related to the qualified rate of breeding eggs and egg production rate,the estradiol is extremely significantly related to egg production rate,egg qualification rate and hatchability.In summary,the level of 600 mg/kg choline significantly improved the laying rate of breeding goose,the qualification rate of breeding eggs,the hatching rate of breeding eggs,the shell strength and protein height of breeding eggs,and the content of serum progesterone,testosterone,and estradiol.And the level of reproductive hormones was correlated with reproductive performance.
