膨化发酵菜籽粕对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响

摘要(Abstract):

试验旨在研究膨化发酵菜籽粕对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化及抗氧化指标的影响。选择60日龄、平均体重700 g左右的崇仁麻公雏鸡600只,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复24只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在日粮中添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%膨化发酵菜籽粕。试验期56 d。结果表明:2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%膨化发酵菜籽粕组平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和耗料增重比(F/G)与对照组均无显著差异;膨化发酵菜籽粕添加水平与F/G存在二次回归关系(P<0.05),F/G随添加水平升高呈先降低后上升的趋势,以5.0%添加量最低;各组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)和尿素氮(BUN)含量均无显著差异;各组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均无显著差异,5.0%膨化发酵菜籽粕组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量与0.0%组无显著差异,2.5%和5.0%膨化发酵菜籽粕组丙二醛(MDA)含量与对照组无显著差异。本试验条件下,肉鸡日粮中添加5.0%膨化发酵菜籽粕效果最佳。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of extruded rapeseed meal fermented in advance on growth performance, serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes of broilers. A total of 600 Chongren Ma male chicks aged 60 days with an average body weight of about 700 g were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 dietary groups of 120 chicks each on the basis of body weight. The chicks in control group were fed a basal diet, and the chicks in experimental groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5% and 10.0% extruded rapeseed meal fermented in advance(ERMF) to replace soybean meal, respectively. The experiment lasted for 56 days. The results showed as follows: Compared with the control group, the average daily gain(ADG), average daily feed intake(ADFI) and feed/gain ratios(F/G) of the chicks in 2.5%,5.0%, 7.5% and 10.0% ERMF supplemental groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). Significant quadratic regression relationship existed between the supplemental levels of ERMF and F/G(P<0.05), that was F/G decreased at first and then increased with the increase of ERMF, and the lowest F/G appeared at 5.0% ERMF. There were no significant differences in the contents of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total protein(TP) and urea nitrogen(BUN) among all groups(P>0.05). All groups of serum catalase(CAT), total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity were no significant difference(P>0.05), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) content between 5.0% supplemental level of ERMF and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05), the malondialdehyde(MDA)content between 2.5% or 5.0% supplemental levels of ERMF and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05). Our findings demonstrated the optimal supplemental level of ERMF replacing soybean meal by isonitrogen base was 5.0%.
