摘要(Abstract):

蛋白质是动物饲粮的第二大成分,作为蛋白质原料的鱼粉和豆粕由于供应受限价格日益高昂,而我国饲粮蛋白质资源严重匮乏。黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)含有大量高消化率的蛋白质、高度不饱和脂肪以及矿物质、维生素和色素,且氨基酸组成均衡,其虫粉作为高度可持续的饲粮蛋白质来源具有很大潜力。黄粉虫还具有食性杂、易规模饲养、生物产量高、占用土地少等优点。本文主要综述黄粉虫的生物学特性、营养价值和安全性及其在猪、肉鸡和鱼类饲粮中的应用,为新型蛋白质资源的开发和应用提供参考。
Proteins represent the second largest component of animal diet. However, fish meal and soya-bean meal are restricted in supply and becoming more expensive. Yellow mealworm(Tenebrio molitor) owns high digestible protein, wellbalanced amino acid composition, highly unsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals, the meal displays a great potential for being a highly sustainable protein source in animal feeds. It also has many other advantages, such as wide range of recipes, easy to raise in commercial, high biological yield and less requirement of land. Therefore, this article introduced the biological property, nutritional value and safety of yellow mealworms and its application in animal diets such as pigs, broilers and fishes. This review was expected to propose the reference for the development and application of novel protein source.
