摘要(Abstract):

SOHLH1与SOHLH2属于基础型螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)转录因子,具有生殖细胞的特异性,在生殖细胞分化及发育早期发挥着重要作用。本文就SOHLH1与SOHLH2的进化、表达及调控机制进行综述,为未来人类生殖相关疾病的研究及治疗提供理论基础。
SOHLH1 and SOHLH2 belong to the basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH) transcription factors, which are specific to germ cells and play an important role in the early differentiation and development of germ cells. This paper reviews the evolution, expression and regulatory mechanism of SOHLH1 and SOHLH2, providing theoretical basis for future research and treatment of human reproductive related diseases.
