摘要(Abstract):

近来,国内外研究发现肠道微生物与骨代谢密切相关,基于微生物-肠-脑轴研究益生菌对机体骨代谢的研究逐渐成为热点。本文基于肠-脑轴影响机体骨骼代谢,对益生菌通过调节肠道菌群结构产生神经递质、调节细胞免疫因子等影响代谢进行总结梳理,为相关骨骼疾病研究提供理论支撑,为动物生产提供参考。
Recently, domestic and foreign studies have found that gut microbes are closely related to bone metabolism. Researches on bone metabolism of probiotics based on microbial-gut-brain axis has become a hot topic. Based on the effect of gut-brain axis on bone metabolism, this present paper summarizes the effect of probiotics on metabolism by regulating the structure of intestinal flora to produce neurotransmitters, regulating cellular immune factors and so on. Moreover, this article provides the theory support for the related bone disease research and provides reference value for the animal production.
