婆罗门鸡生长发育规律的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了解婆罗门鸡生长发育规律,对其作为培育肉用配套系育种素材的价值进行评价,本研究选取婆罗门鸡60只(公鸡27只、母鸡33只),记录其1日龄及1~22周龄体重、体尺数据,用SPSS 23.0统计软件中的双变量相关分析对体重和体尺指标间的相关性进行分析,并通过Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型对婆罗门鸡公、母鸡的体重进行生长曲线拟合分析。结果表明:婆罗门鸡体重与体尺有显著相关性(相关系数:0.841~0.984)。Von Bertalanffy模型对婆罗门鸡生长发育曲线拟合程度最佳。公母鸡最佳拟合模型表达式分别为Y=3053.350(1-0.801e-0.098t)3和Y=2322.207(1-0.761e-0.097t)3。婆罗门鸡的生长规律大致与慢速型黄羽肉鸡相接近。
In order to understand the law of growth and development of Brahman chicken and evaluate its value as breeding material for meat breeding, 60 Brahman chickens, 27 roosters and 33 hens were selected in this experiment. The body weight and body size data of 1 day in ages and 1-22 weeks old were recorded. Bivariate correlation analysis method of Spss23.0statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between body weight and body size, and the growth curve fitting analysis of the body weight of male and female Brahman chickens was carried out by logistic, Gompertz and von Bertalanffy models. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between body weight and body size(The correlation index:0.841 ~ 0.984). Bertalanffy model had the best fitting degree to the growth and development curve of Brahman chicken.The best fitting model expressions of male and female were y=3053.350(1-0.801e-0.098t)3 and y=2322.207(1-0.761e-0.097t)3,respectively. The growth law of Brahman chicken is similar to that of slow yellow-feathered broiler.
