摘要(Abstract):

二十八烷醇是一种天然存在的长链脂肪醇,在脂质代谢、凝血功能、能量代谢、炎症反应、运动机能、抗氧化能力和神经系统功能等多个生理过程中发挥调控作用,但其具体调控机制未完全阐明。本文综述了二十八烷醇在动物和人中的生理调控作用的研究进展,以期为进一步深入研究和开发相关药物或饲料添加剂研究提供参考。
Octacosanol is a natural long-chain fatty alcohol. To date, studies have shown that dietary octacosanol can regulate lipid metabolism, coagulation function, energy metabolism, inflammatory response, exercise function, antioxidant capacity and nervous system function of human and animals. However, the specific regulatory mechanisms of octacosanol remain unclear. In this review, we summarize the current research progress of octacosanol regulation as well as the unsolved problems. Hopefully this review can provide new perspectives for future investigations of octacosanol.
