黄体生成素对卵母细胞减数分裂恢复与排卵过程的分子机制研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

黄体生成素(LH)是由垂体前叶分泌的一种糖蛋白激素,对卵泡的生长和排卵十分必要。哺乳动物卵母细胞阻滞在减数分裂I前期,卵母细胞中高浓度cAMP抑制减数分裂恢复。LH峰后,卵母细胞内cAMP水解,恢复减数分裂。卵母细胞成熟后,孕激素受体(PGR)、表皮生长因子(EGF)信号通路激活介导卵母细胞排卵。本文综述了LH诱导卵母细胞减数分裂恢复和排卵的相关机制,为进一步研究排卵过程的调控机制提供参考。
Luteinizing hormone(LH) is a kind of glycoprotein hormone secreted by pituitary gland. It plays a crucial role in meiotic resumption and ovulation. Mammalian oocytes are arrested at first meiosis with high concentration cAMP. After LH surge, the low level cAMP makes meiotic recovery. After oocyte maturation, the PGR and EGF signaling pathways are activated which induces ovulation. In this review, we summarize the research progress in molecular mechanism of LH regulating meiotic resumption and ovulation. This paper may provide an important reference for further study on the mechanism of ovulation.
