不同形式亚麻籽对奶牛采食量、表观消化率、产奶量和乳成分影响的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

亚麻籽中α-亚麻酸含量占总脂肪酸的55%,具有较高的营养价值,可作为一种天然饲料来改善奶牛乳脂肪酸组成,但亚麻籽的加工方式较多,不同形式亚麻籽对不同泌乳时期的奶牛影响差异较大,使得亚麻籽在实际应用方面不够成熟。因此,本文就不同形式亚麻籽对不同泌乳时期奶牛采食量、表观消化率、产奶量和乳成分的影响进行综述,以期为亚麻籽进一步在实际生产中应用提供理论依据。
The content of α-linolenic acid in flaxseed accounts for 55 % of total fatty acids, which has high nutritional value and can be used as a natural feed to improve the fatty acid composition of dairy cows. However, there are many processing methods of flaxseed, and different forms of flaxseed have different effects on dairy cows at different lactation periods, which makes the application of flaxseed in practical production immature. Therefore, this paper reviews the effects of different forms of flaxseed on feed intake, apparent digestibility, milk yield and milk composition of dairy cows at different lactation periods, in order to provide theoretical basis for further application of flaxseed in practical production.
