摘要(Abstract):

实验旨在研究不同浓度β-胡萝卜素对猪精液在17℃下保存的质量影响。实验在Modena基础稀释液中添加不同浓度(0、10、15、20、25 mg/L)β-胡萝卜素并在17℃环境下保存精液,在保存1、2、3、4、5 d分别检测猪精子活率、精子活力、运动性能和畸形率。结果表明:添加β-胡萝卜素嫩能显著提高精子质量,20 mg/Lβ-胡萝卜素组精子活率、活力等优于其他组(P<0.05),同时畸形率显著降低。综上,添加20 mg/Lβ-胡萝卜素对17℃保存的公猪精液有利,可为生产实践中公猪精液的保存提供实验依据。
The purpose of this study was to research the effects of different concentrations(0, 10, 15, 20, 25 mg/L) of β-carotene added into Modena basic diluent on sperm motility rate, sperm motility, and deformity rate at 17 ℃. Different concentrations β-carotene were added to the boar semen and stored at 17℃. The quality of the pig sperm was measured on d 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The data showed that β-carotene can significantly improve the quality of semen. At the same time, the sperm motility and viability in the group of 20 mg/L were better than those in other groups, and the deformity rate was also significantly reduced. The results can provide experimental evidence for the preservation of boar semen in production practice.
