摘要(Abstract):

激素在泌乳过程中起重要作用,乳糖、乳脂和乳蛋白的合成受多种激素共同调控。主要乳成分的合成是一个由不同激素相互协同、共同完成的复杂过程。研究泌乳相关激素对主要乳成分合成的作用机理,揭示激素调控乳成分合成过程,是目前研究的一个热点和难点。本文综述了激素对乳成分合成过程的影响及激素间协同调节作用的研究进展,为进一步研究主要乳成分合成的调控机理提供参考。
Hormones play an important role in the process of lactation,the synthesis of lactose,milk fat and lactoprotein are jointly regulated by a variety of hormones.A large number of studies have shown that the synthesis of the main milk components is a complex process that is completed by different hormones in coordination with each other.By studying the mechanism of lactation-related hormones on the synthesis of main milk components,it is a hot and difficult point of current research to reveal how hormones regulate the synthesis of milk components.This article reviews the effects of hormones on the synthesis of milk components and the research progress of the synergistic regulation of hormones,providing a reference for further studies on the regulation mechanisms of the synthesis of main milk components.
