产蛋高峰后期添加黑水虻虫干对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、器官指数和血清指标的影响

摘要(Abstract):

试验旨在研究产蛋高峰后期添加黑水虻虫干对京粉1号蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、器官指数和血清指标的影响。选取45周龄生产性能相近、健康的京粉1号蛋鸡1 152只,随机分为对照组、3%和6%黑水虻虫干组,每组6个重复,每个重复64羽蛋鸡。预试期1周,试验期8周。结果表明:与对照组相比,3%和6%黑水虻虫干组蛋鸡的正品蛋率和蛋黄颜色均有提高(P<0.05),次品蛋率降低(P<0.05),但3%和6%黑水虻虫干组间无显著差异;3%黑水虻虫干组的平均蛋重高于对照组和6%黑水虻虫干组(P<0.05);3%和6%黑水虻虫干组的肝脏指数均低于对照组(P<0.05),3%黑水虻虫干组的心脏指数和6%黑水虻虫干组的脾脏指数分别高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,3%和6%黑水虻虫干组的血清葡萄糖含量提高(P<0.05),6%黑水虻虫干组白蛋白和免疫球蛋白IgA含量增加(P<0.05),肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶含量降低(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲粮添加3%~6%黑水虻虫干提高了46~53周龄蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋黄颜色,提高了蛋鸡的免疫功能及机体健康状况。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of black soldier fly meal(BSF) on laying performance, egg quality, organ index and serum biochemical parameter in Jing Tint 1 laying hens during the late period of peak egg production. Eleven hundred and fifty-two healthy Jing Tint 1 laying hens of 45-week-old were randomly allotted into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 64 hens per replicate: the control, 3% and 6% BSF group. The feeding trial lasted for 8 weeks after 1 week of adaption. The results showed that compared with the control group, dietary supplemented with 3% and 6% of BSF increased the qualified egg rate and yolk color, and decreased the defective egg rate(P<0.05), while there was no difference between the 3% and 6% BSF group(P>0.05). The 3% BSF group had a higher average egg mass than that of the control and 6% BSF group(P<0.05). Compared to the control group, dietary supplemented with 3% and 6% of BSF decreased the liver index of laying hens(P<0.05). And the heart and spleen index were increased by 3% and 6% of dietary BSF, respectively(P<0.05). Hens that fed with 3% and 6% of BSF had a higher level of glucose in serum compared to those of the control group(P<0.05). And hens in the 6% BSF group also had higher levels of albumin and immunoglobulin A, and lower levels of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase compared to the control group(P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplemented with 3% and 6% BSF can improve laying performance and egg quality, immune function and body health in laying hens during 46 to 53 weeks of age.
