巨噬细胞极化及其对炎性疾病作用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

巨噬细胞属于免疫细胞,是机体免疫的重要组成部分,在宿主防御、内环境稳态的维持和炎症反应等方面发挥重要作用。巨噬细胞具有高度异质性和可塑性,能对微环境的各种刺激因素做出应答,极化为不同功能和形态的巨噬细胞亚群,呈现出不同的表型。巨噬细胞与动物炎性疾病密切相关。近年来研究发现,不同表型的巨噬细胞分别与某些疾病存在强相关关系,且可通过调控巨噬细胞极化为不同的表型来达到减轻或治疗疾病的目的。本文对巨噬细胞的分型、巨噬细胞极化的相关信号调控通路以及巨噬细胞在动物炎性疾病中的作用做一综述,旨在为后续通过调控巨噬细胞极化过程干预动物相关炎性疾病的发展提供理论参考。
Macrophages, as immune cells, are an important part of the body's immune system and play an important role in host defense, homeostasis maintenance and inflammatory response. Macrophages have a high degree of heterogeneity and plasticity, and can respond to various stimuli in the microenvironment, polarizing into subsets of macrophages with different functions and shapes, presenting different phenotypes. Macrophages are closely related to animal inflammatory diseases. In recent years, it has been found that macrophages of different phenotypes are strongly correlated with some diseases, and diseases can be reduced or cured by regulating macrophages polarize into different phenotypes. In order to provide theoretical reference for the subsequent intervention of the development of animal related inflammatory diseases by regulating the process of macrophage polarization, this paper summarized the classification of macrophages, the related signal regulation pathways of macrophage polarization and the role of macrophages in animal inflammatory diseases.
