种公猪精液品质全年变化规律的研究

摘要(Abstract):
本实验旨在研究江苏某猪场全年种公猪精液参数的变化规律以及其与环境温度之间的相关性。收集江苏宿迁某猪场65头种公猪2015年的精液参数以及猪场所在地区的温度变化参数,并统计全年不同月份精液参数与环境温度参数之间的相关性。结果表明:8月日最高温均值和日最低温均值达到峰值,2月精液量最低,9月精液头份数最低,8月份精子活力最低,8月精子畸形率最高,10月精子密度最低,9月总精子数和有效精子数最低;夏季(6、7、8月)精液密度、精液头份数、精子活力、总精子数和有效精子数最低、精子畸形率最高,秋季(9、10、11月)精子密度最低;日最高温与精液头份数、精子密度、精子活力、总精子数和有效精子数呈显著负相关,与精子畸形率呈显著正相关。全年种公猪精液品质规律呈春冬季优于夏秋季。
