蛋白质和淀粉的消化速率及程度对畜禽营养调控的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

能量和蛋白是畜禽日粮的重要组成部分,碳水化合物在畜禽肠道内水解为葡萄糖被吸收,作为消化道的主要能量来源,日粮葡萄糖的释放速率及在肠道不同部位释放程度与畜禽氮沉积有着必然的联系。葡萄糖的及时供给可以减少消化道内可吸收氨基酸被肠道细胞氧化供能,从而提高日粮蛋白质沉积为体蛋白的机会与效率。本文综述了不同消化速率蛋白质和淀粉对畜禽营养调控的影响,以期为科学合理配制日粮、提高畜禽生产性能提供理论支持。
Energy and protein are important components in livestock diet.Carbohydrates are hydrolyzed into glucose in the intestinal of livestock for absorption,as the main energy source of the digestive tract.The digestion rate of dietary glucose and the extent of digestion in different parts of the intestine are inevitable related to the nitrogen deposition of livestock,amino acids used for oxidation in gastrointestinal tract can be reduced by timely supply of dietary glucose,thus improve the efficiency of protein utilization.This article reviews the effects of different digestion rates of protein and starch on livestock nutrition regulation,in order to provide theoretical support for scientifically and rationally formulating livestock diet to improve livestock and poultry production performance.
