绿光LED光源不同光照节律对笼养肉鸡生长和屠宰性能、免疫和抗氧化机能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

本试验旨在研究绿色LED灯带不同光照节律对笼养白羽肉鸡生长和屠宰性能、免疫和抗氧化机能的影响。选用1日龄288只科宝肉鸡公雏,以绿色(517.30 nm)LED灯带为光源。试验1~7 d所有鸡均采用光照强度为60 lx的连续光照(23L:1D),自第8天开始,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只,在8~42 d 4个处理组分别采用连续(23 L:1D)、间歇(2L:2D)、限制(8~26 d为18L:6D;27~42 d为22L:2D)、变程(从8d开始每天减少1h光照至14h后持续至20d,随后每天增加1h光照至22h时,不再改变光照时长直到42 d)4种光照节律,光照强度均为10 lx。试验期35 d(8~42日龄)。结果表明:8~21 d,各组间日均采食量、平均日增重、耗料增重比差异不显著;22~42、8~42 d,间歇光照组和限制光照组的日均采食量和平均日增重显著或极显著高于连续光照组,各组间耗料增重比差异不显著;间歇光照组和限制光照组的腿肌率显著高于变程光照组,连续光照组的皮脂厚极显著高于其他组,连续光照组的肌间脂宽极显著低于其他组;肉鸡血清新城疫抗体效价和免疫器官指数4个处理组间无显著差异;肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性在4个处理组间无显著差异,连续光照组的血清丙二醛含量高于其他3组;间歇光照组电费较其他光照组减少65%以上,出栏毛鸡体重较其他组提高1.03%~13.46%,毛鸡收益较其他组提高5.70%以上。综上,以绿光LED为光源,笼养白羽肉鸡8~42 d适宜采用间歇(2L:2D)光照节律。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different green LED light schedules on growth and slaughter performance, immune and antioxidant functions of caged white-feathered broilers. A total of 288 1-day-old Cobb male broilers were selected. The light source was green LED(517.30 nm). 60 lx continuous light(23 L: 1 D) was used for d 1-7. The broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups(6 replicates in each group with 12 birds in each replicate) for d 8-42. Four light schedules were used: continuous light(23 L: 1 D), intermittent light(2 L: 2 D), limited light(d 8-26 : 18 L: 6 D; d 27-42: 22 L: 2 D), variable range light(from d 8, the light time was decreased by 1 h every day to 14 h, then continued to d 20, and then increased by 1 h every day to 22 h, and the light time was not changed until d 42 d). The light intensity was 10 lx and the experiment lasted for 35 days. The result showed that there was no significant difference in ADFI, ADG and F/G among the groups for 8-21 d(P>0.05). For d 22-42 and d 8-42, the ADFI and ADG of intermittent light and limited groups were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of continuous group(P<0.05 or 0.01), while F/G was not significantly different among the groups(P>0.05). The leg muscle rate of intermittent light and limited groups were significantly higher than that of variable range light group(P<0.05); the thickness of sebum of continuous group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.01), and the width of intermuscular fat of continuous group was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in Newcastle disease antibody titer and immune organ index among the four treatment groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) among the four treatment groups(P>0.05). The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the continuous light group was higher than that in the other three treatment groups, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Compared with other light groups, the electricity cost of intermittent light group was reduced by more than 65%, the body weight of d 42 broilers was increased by 1.03%~13.46%, and the income of them was increased by more than 5.70%. In conclusion, intermittent light schedule(2 L:2 D) is suitable for caged white-feathered broilers for d 8-42 with green LED as light source.
