反刍动物日粮中油脂产品的加工工艺及其应用效果研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

油脂是反刍动物日粮的重要组成部分之一,经过氢化、分馏、包被、皂化等工艺加工后的油脂产品,可提高其能值和减少对瘤胃微生物影响,还可改善反刍动物的泌乳功能、提高生产性能、调控瘤胃发酵等。因此,油脂产品在反刍动物中的应用受到广泛关注。本文就反刍动物日粮中油脂产品的来源、加工工艺、应用效果进行综述,以期为油脂产品在反刍动物日粮中的应用提供参考。
Oil is one of the important components of ruminant diet. Oil products processed by hydrogenation, fractionation,coating and saponification can not only improve their energy and reduce the impact on rumen microorganisms, but also improve ruminant lactation function, improve production performance and regulate rumen fermentation. Therefore, the application of oil products in ruminants has attracted extensive attention. This paper reviews the source, processing technology and application effect of oil products in ruminant diet, in order to provide reference for the application of oil products in ruminant diet.
