摘要(Abstract):

脂代谢对机体的生长发育、繁殖、免疫等均有重要作用,背膘厚、肌内脂肪含量和腹脂率等多种畜禽重要经济性状与脂肪代谢密切相关。长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNAs,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的RNA分子,其在调节影响发育、分化和代谢的多种主要生物过程中有重要作用,近些年lncRNA在脂代谢上的调控作用逐渐被揭示,包括脂肪细胞发育、脂质代谢和沉积过程等。本文就lncRNA及其在畜禽脂代谢上的相关研究进展做一综述,为lncRNA在畜禽生长调控方面开展深入研究提供理论基础。
Lipid metabolism plays an important role in the growth,development,reproduction and immunity of the body.Many important economic traits of livestock are closely related to lipid metabolism,such as back fat thickness,intramuscular fat content and abdominal fat rate.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a newly discovered RNA molecule with a length of more than 200 nucleotides with a great variety and complex functions.LncRNAs make the difference on regulating major biological process affecting development,differentiation and metabolism.Its regulatory role in lipid metabolism becomes one of the research focuses and has been gradually revealed in recent years,which is involved in the development of fat cells,lipid metabolism and deposition process.This assay reviews the research progress of the role of long non-coding RNA in lipid metabolism of livestock and in order to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth research on lncRNA in growth regulation of livestock.
