摘要(Abstract):
肠道不仅是机体消化、吸收营养物质的主要场所,也是机体重要的防御屏障,是宿主防御的关键部位。本文综述了近年来关于肠道屏障功能及其常用评价指标的研究进展。
Intestinal tract is not only the main site of digestion and absorption of nutrients,also an important defensive barrier of body and a key site of host defense.The goal of this review is to provide the progress on intestinal barrier function and commonly used methods to evaluate intestinal barrier function.
