大麦虫的营养特性及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

大麦虫(Zophobas morio)食性广、繁殖快、虫体大、产量高,是一种可再生生物资源,其干物质中粗蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、甲壳素、维生素和矿物元素等含量较高,并可提取具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抑炎、抗菌等功效的生物活性物质。大麦虫能部分替代饲粮中的常规蛋白质饲料,改善动物的生长性能与健康水平,调节机体物质代谢,是一种颇具潜力的昆虫蛋白质饲料资源。本文综述了大麦虫的营养特性及其在猪鸡和水产动物饲粮中应用的研究进展,以期为大麦虫在养殖业中的应用提供参考。
The Zophobas morio, a kind of renewable biological resource, has wide range of feeding, short generation cycle, large body size, and high yield, and also has high contents of crude protein, unsaturated fatty acids, chitins, vitamins and mineral elements. Moreover, it can be extracted some biological active substances with immune regulation, anti-tumor, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory functions. It was reported that Zophobas morio can partially replace conventional protein feed in animal diets, increase growth performance of animals, regulate the body material metabolism, and improve the body health status. Therefore, it has the potential to become a new protein feed resource. In this review, we have elaborated the nutritional characteristic of Zophobas morio and summarized the latest research findings on the application of Zophobas morio in animal production, in order to provide references for further researches and its utilization in animal production.
