桑叶的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

桑叶作为一种非常规蛋白质饲料,具有蛋白质含量丰富、饲喂价值高等特点,其富含的黄酮、生物碱、多糖及多酚等生物活性成分具有增强动物抗氧化能力、提高机体免疫功能、改善肠道微生态平衡等生物学功能,因而在动物生产中应用较广。本文就桑叶的营养价值、生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,以期为桑叶在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
As an unconventional protein feed,mulberry leaves have the characteristics of rich protein content and high feeding value.They are rich in bioactive components such as flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides and polyphenols,and have biological functions such as enhancing animal antioxidant capacity,improving immune function and improving intestinal microecological balance.Therefore,mulberry leaves are widely used in animal production.This paper reviews the nutritional value,biological function and application of mulberry leaves in animal production,in order to provide reference for the application of mulberry leaves in animal production.
