牛磺酸的吸收与代谢方式及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

牛磺酸是一种含硫β-氨基酸,是大多数动物组织中含量最丰富的游离氨基酸。动物体内牛磺酸主要来源于饲料和自身合成2种途径,牛磺酸转运体是牛磺酸进行吸收和转运的主要载体。作为机体的条件性必需氨基酸,牛磺酸具有调节激素释放、保持细胞稳态、抗氧化和调节炎性细胞因子释放等多种生物学功能,与动物的特异性和非特异性免疫密切相关,并且在动物热应激、胃肠道损伤及乳腺炎等影响动物生产的疾病中表现出抗炎和抗氧化作用,这使牛磺酸在近年来的研究中受到大量关注。本文综述了牛磺酸的性质及其合成、吸收、代谢方式及其在动物生产中的应用,为研究牛磺酸的营养调节功能提供思路。
Taurine is a sulfur-containing β-amino acid,which is the most abundant free amino acid in most tissues of animals.Taurine in animals mainly comes from feed and endogenous synthesis.Taurine transporter(TauT) is the main carrier for absorption and transport of taurine.As one of the conditional necessary amino acids,taurine has a variety of biological functions including adjusting hormone release,maintaining homeostasis,antioxidant,regulating inflammatory cytokines release.In addition,taurine has a closely relationship with the specificity and nonspecific immune of animals.Moreover,taurine has shown anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects in animal diseases such as heat stress,gastrointestinal injury and mastitis,which makes taurine receive much attention in recent years.In this paper,the properties,synthesis,absorption and metabolism of taurine are reviewed,and the application of taurine in animal production was integrated,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the nutritional regulation function of taurine.
