全基因组重测序在鸡中的应用和研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

高通量测序技术的出现不仅推动了生命科学的发展进程,为许多生命机制的解析提供了技术支撑,也为基因组学研究中曾经未解的一些难题带来了新的解决方法。随着基因组研究水平的不断深入,越来越多家养动物的基因组信息被逐渐公布,极大地推动了家养动物重要性状在全基因水平上的研究进程。自鸡的基因组序列信息公布以来,重测序技术被大量运用于基因组选择以及由基因组序列差异导致的鸡群体结构、遗传多样性、进化机制、重要经济性状等方面的研究。本文对全基因组重测序原始数据的处理、序列比对、变异检测、测序深度进行阐述,综述了鸡的重要表型性状、遗传进化、基因组选择、蛋品质、肉品质、生长性状等的重要研究进展,并分析了当前鸡基因组研究面临的问题和挑战。
The high-throughput sequencing technology not only promotes the development of life sciences, and provides technical support for the elucidation of many mechanisms, but also brings new solutions to some unsolved problems in genomics research. As the level of genome research continues to deepen, more and more genomic information of domestic animal species is gradually published, which has greatly promoted the research on some important traits of domestic animals at the whole genome level. Since the publication of the chicken genome sequence, whole-genome resequencing technology has been widely used to investigate chicken genome selection and population structure, genetic diversity, evolutionary mechanism, important economic traits and other aspects caused by differences in genome sequence. This review described the processing, sequence comparison, mutation detection, and sequencing depth of the original data of whole-genome resequencing, as well as chicken's important phenotypic traits, genetic evolution, genome selection, egg quality, meat quality, growth traits, etc. Finally, current problems and challenges on the research of poultry genome were also discussed.
