桑叶多糖的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

桑叶多糖(Mulberry Leaf Polysaccharides,MLP)是从桑叶中提取的植物活性多糖,通过清除多余的自由基实现抗氧化及降血糖功能,还可通过促进畜禽淋巴细胞的增殖转化达到增强免疫调节作用。桑叶多糖物理化学性质较稳定,来源丰富且安全绿色无污染,引起了广大学者的极大关注。本文主要综述了桑叶多糖的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用,为桑叶多糖在畜禽生产中进一步研究和应用提供参考。
Mulberry leaf polysaccharides(MLP) is a plant active polysaccharide extracted from mulberry leaves. Its physical and chemical properties are relatively stable. It can achieve antioxidant and hypoglycemic functions by removing excess free radicals, and enhance immune regulation by promoting the proliferation and transformation of livestock and poultry lymphocytes. Mulberry leaf polysaccharide has rich sources, safety, green and no pollution, so it has attracted great attention.This paper summarizes the biological functions of mulberry leaf polysaccharide and its application in livestock and poultry production, so as to provide reference for the application of mulberry leaf polysaccharide in livestock and poultry production.
