不同乳酸菌饲喂方式对肉鸡生长性能、免疫机能的影响Effects of Different Feeding Methods of Lactic Acid Bacteria on Production Performance and Immune Function of Broilers

摘要(Abstract):
试验旨在探讨不同乳酸菌(Lacticacidbacteria,LAB)饲喂方式对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官与免疫因子的影响。将192只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡(公母各半),随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,拌料组在饲料中添加乳酸菌菌液,灌服组口腔灌服乳酸菌菌液,饮水组饮水中添加乳酸菌菌液,即自制乳酸菌菌液以不同方式等量饲喂给肉鸡,以保证每鸡每日摄取乳酸菌活菌数为8×108CFU。试验期为42 d。结果表明:1~21日龄,拌料组、饮水组耗料增重比低于对照组、灌服组(P<0.05);22~42日龄,不同饲喂方式均提高了平均日增重,降低了耗料增重比(P<0.05),但不同饲喂方式间无显著差异;1~21日龄,饮水组、拌料组肉鸡胸腺指数高于对照组、灌服组(P<0.05),22~42日龄,灌服组胸腺指数高于对照组、拌料组(P<0.05),与饮水组无显著差异;21日龄、42日龄,饮水组IgA含量高于其他处理组(P<0.05),试验组的其余免疫因子含量均较对照组有不同程度提升,但不同饲喂方式间无显著差异。综上,拌料中添加乳酸菌菌液可提高1~21日龄胸腺指数,降低耗料增重比;灌服方式可提高22~42日龄胸腺指数;饮水饲喂乳酸菌可降低1~21日龄耗料增重比,稳定提高胸腺指数及IgA含量,生产中建议以饮水方式饲喂乳酸菌菌液。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different feeding methods of lactic acid bacteria on growth performance,immune organs and immune factors of broilers.A total of 192 1-day-old AA broilers(half male and half female) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 8 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,the mixing group was fed with lactic acid bacteria solution in the feed,the oral cavity of the gavage group was fed with lactic acid bacteria solution,and the drinking water group was fed with lactic acid bacteria solution in water,that is,the self-made lactic acid bacteria solution was fed to broilers in equal quantities in different ways,so as to ensure that the daily intake of live lactic acid bacteria per chicken was 8×108 CFU.The test period was 42 days.The results showed that the ratio of material consumption and weight gain in the mixed group and drinking group was lower than that in control group and gavage group at the age of 1~21 days(P<0.05);At 22 ~ 42 days of age,different feeding methods increased the average daily gain and reduced the feed consumption weight gain ratio(P<0.05);At the age of 1~21 days,the thymus index of broilers in drinking group and mixing group was higher than that in control group and gavage group(P<0.05),and at the age of 22~42 days,the thymus index of gavage group was higher than that in control group and mixing group(P<0.05);At 21 and 42 days of age,the content of IgA in drinking water group was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The content of other immune factors in the experimental group was higher than that in control group,but there was no significant difference between different feeding methods.In conclusion,adding lactic acid bacteria solution to the mixture can improve the thymus index at the age of 1~21 days and reduce the material consumption and weight gain ratio;The thymus index of 22~42 days old could be increased by oral administration;Feeding lactic acid bacteria with drinking water can reduce the feed consumption and weight gain ratio from 1 to 21 days old,and stably improve the thymus index and IgA content.It is suggested to feed lactic acid bacteria solution with drinking water in production.
