摘要(Abstract):

灵芝多糖(Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide,GLP)作为灵芝的主要功能物质之一,其通过调控Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1-介导核因子E2相关因子2/抗氧化反应元件通路,促进抗氧化酶基因表达,清除自由基、活性氧等,提高动物抗氧化功能。因此,本文重点阐述GLP在机体中的抗氧化作用机制及其在动物生产方面的应用,旨在为改善畜禽健康水平,提高动物生产性能提供理论依据。
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide(GLP) is one of the main functional substances of Ganoderma lucidum. It can promote the expression of antioxidant enzyme gene, eliminate free radicals, reactive oxygen species and improve the antioxidant function of animals by regulating the Kelch-like ECH-associated Protein-1(Keap1)-NF-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidant response element(ARE)pathway. Therefore, this article focuses on the antioxidant mechanism of GLP in the body and its application in animal production, aiming to provide theoretical basis for improving the health level of livestock and poultry and improving the performance of animal production.
