夷陵绵羊KISS1基因多态性及其与产羔数的关联分析

摘要(Abstract):

本研究检测了肿瘤转移抑制基因(KISS1)在夷陵绵羊群体中的遗传多样性,并与产羔数进行关联分析,旨在研究KISS1基因的单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)对绵羊繁殖性状的影响。结果表明,KISS1基因在夷陵绵羊群体中存在14个SNP位点,其中11个SNP位点为非同义突变,这些SNPs共形成3个连锁区块;g.5765C>T对产羔数有显著影响,CC基因型母羊的产羔数比CT基因型的多0.45只。综上所述,KISS1基因与绵羊的繁殖性状密切相关,该基因g.5765C>T位点显著影响绵羊产羔数。
This study aimed to investigate the polymorphisms of KISS1 gene and its association with reproductive traits in Yiling sheep. The results showed that 14 SNPs existed in the KISS1 gene of Yiling sheep, among which 11 SNPs were non-synonymous mutations, forming three linkage blocks. The SNP of g.5765C>T had a significant effect on litter size(P<0.05), and the ewes with CC genotype had higher litter size than those with CT genotype. In summary, the KISS1 gene polymorphisms were associated with sheep reproduction, and the g.5765C>T site of KISS1 gene significantly affected litter size in sheep.
