杜仲的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

杜仲是一种富含多种生物活性物质的中草药,这些活性物质具有抗炎、抗氧化及调节脂质代谢等药理作用。在动物生产中,饲粮中添加杜仲可提高动物生产性能、改善猪鸡肉品质及降低仔猪腹泻率,具有开发成为动物饲料添加剂的潜力。本文综述了杜仲的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为杜仲在动物生产中的合理开发利用提供理论参考。
Eucommia ulmoides is a Chinese herbal medicine rich in a variety of biologically active substances, which have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and pharmacological effects in regulating lipid metabolism. In animal production, the addition of Eucommia ulmoides in diets can improve animal performance, improve the meat quality of pigs and chicken, and reduce the rate of diarrhea in piglets. It has the potential to develop into animal feed additives. This article reviewed the biological functions of Eucommia ulmoides and its application in animal production, to provide a theoretical reference for the rational development and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides in animal production.
