姜黄素防治畜禽代谢性疾病的研究进展Research Progress on Curcumin in the Prevention and Treatment of Metabolic Diseases of Livestock and Poultry

摘要(Abstract):
姜黄素是一种源自中药姜黄的多酚类化合物,其具有羟基苯基和二酮结构,具有抗氧化和抗炎等多种药理性作用,能有效抑制氧化应激以及炎症的发生,降低畜禽代谢性疾病的发生率。本文重点总结了姜黄素在抗炎、抗氧化和抗病毒方面的生理功能、姜黄素作用的信号通路以及在代谢性疾病防治中的作用,并阐述了姜黄素在未来畜禽实际生产中可能的应用方式,为进一步推广姜黄素在畜禽养殖中的广泛应用提供参考。
Curcumin is a kind of polyphenol compound from turmeric,which has hydroxyphenyl and diketone structure,and has a great deal pharmacological roles such as anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory.It can efficiently inhibit the emergence of oxidative stress and inflammation,and reduce the occurrence of metabolism diseases in livestock and poultry.This article focuses on summarizing the anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and antiviral physiological functions of curcumin,the signal pathway of curcumin action,and the role of metabolic disease prevention and treatment,and proposes the possible applications of curcumin in livestock and poultry production in the future.It provides a reference for further promoting the wide application of curcumin in livestock and poultry breeding.
