仔猪年龄对血清酶及代谢产物、免疫球蛋白与粪便微生物影响的研究

摘要(Abstract):

试验旨在研究仔猪年龄对血清酶及代谢产物、免疫球蛋白与粪便微生物的影响。选取38~42日龄、体重(14.96±0.30)kg的杜×长×大断奶仔猪112头,分为8个重复,每个重复14头(公母各半),分别于试验第0、21、42天前腔静脉空腹采血分离血清。试验期间仔猪自由采食饮水。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及尿素氮(SUN)、胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平均随仔猪年龄增长呈线性升高(P<0.05);而血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、总蛋白(TP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG和IgM水平、粪便大肠杆菌数量均随仔猪年龄增长呈线性降低(P<0.05);试验第42天仔猪血清T-SOD和GSH-Px活性、SUN、TC和HDL水平均高于试验第0天(P<0.05),而MDA、ALT、ALP、TP、IgA、IgG和IgM水平、粪便大肠杆菌数量均低于试验第0天(P<0.05);试验第21天仔猪血清T-SOD和GSH-Px活性高于试验第0天(P<0.05);而ALT、TP、IgA、IgG和IgM水平、粪便大肠杆菌数量低于试验第0天(P<0.05)。综上所述,随着仔猪年龄增长,血清抗氧化能力增强,脂质代谢旺盛,粪便有害菌数量下降,自体抵抗力增强。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of piglet age on serum enzymes and metabolites, immunoglobulins and fecal microorganisms.A total of 112 piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large, 14.96 ± 0.30 kg) of 28 to 32 days old were selected and randomly divided into 8 replicates, each with 14 piglets. Blood was collected from the anterior vena cava on an empty stomach on the 0-d, 21-d, and 42-d of the experiment to separate serum. During the experiment, the piglets were free to feed and water. The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the test period was 42 days. The results showed that: Serum superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activities, urea nitrogen(SUN), cholesterol(TCHO) and high-density lipoprotein(HDL) levels were increased linearly with piglet age(P<0.05); while serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content, alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity, total protein(TP), immunoglobulin A(IgA), IgG and IgM levels, and the number of fecal E. coli were all decreased linearly with piglet age(P<0.05). Serum T-SOD and GSH-Px activities, SUN, TCHO and HDL levels of piglets on the 42 days of the test were significantly higher than those on the 0 day of the test(P<0.05); while MDA, ALT, ALP, TP, IgA, IgG, the level of IgM, and the number of fecal E. coli were significantly lower than those on the 0 day of the experiment(P<0.05).Serum T-SOD and GSH-Px activities of piglets on the 21 days of the test were significantly higher than those on the 0 day of the test(P<0.05); while the levels of ALT, TP, IgA, IgG and IgM, and the number of fecal E. coli were significantly lower than those on the 0 d of the test(P<0.05). It can be concluded that under the conditions of this experiment, piglet age significantly affect serum enzyme activity, metabolites and immunoglobulin levels, and changes the number of fecal microorganisms.
