摘要(Abstract):

环状RNA(Circular RNAs,circRNAs)是一种新型的内源性非编码RNA,由mRNA前体反向剪接形成共价闭环结构。circRNA没有5'端帽子和3'端多聚腺苷酸尾巴,广泛表达于各种组织中。受技术限制,早期普遍认为circRNA是错误剪接的产物,但随着高通量测序技术的迅速发展和广泛使用,circRNA又重新回到研究前沿,同时越来越多的circRNA在各个物种中被鉴定。本文综述了circRNA的产生、特征、性质、功能及其在畜禽遗传调控中的应用研究,以期为探究circRNA在畜禽生产中的功能机制提供理论依据。
circular RNAs(circular RNAs,circRNAs) is a new type of endogenous non-coding RNA,which is formed by backsplicing of mRNA precursors to form a covalent closed loop structure.circRNAs has no 5'-end cap and 3'-end polyadenylic acid tail,and it is widely expressed in various tissues.Due to technical limitations,people believed that circRNAs was the product of missplicing.With the rapid development and widespread use of high-throughput sequencing technology,circRNAs has returned to the forefront of research.At the same time,more and more circRNAs is identified in various species.Therefore,this article reviews the production,characteristics,properties,functions of circRNA and its application in genetic regulation of livestock and poultry,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the functional mechanism of circRNA in livestock and poultry production.
