硅酸盐矿物的生物学功能及其在家禽生产中应用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

硅酸盐矿物是经沉积物风化成岩后完成元素分配,形成具有强吸附性、离子交换性的层状或层链状构造的硅酸盐矿物及含水的非晶质硅酸盐矿物总称,可以吸附霉菌毒素、重金属、细菌、病毒,并可修复保护肠膜,增强肠道屏障功能,维持肠道的正常结构与菌群,提高肠道酶活性。硅酸盐矿物可作为营养性饲料添加剂,促进动物生产,增强机体抗氧化、免疫功能,改善畜产品品质,改善畜禽舍环境。本文综述了硅酸盐黏土矿物的生物学功能及其在家禽生产中的应用,为硅酸盐矿物在家禽生产中的应用提供参考依据。
The silicate minerals complete the element distribution and form the layered or layered chain structure with strong adsorptive ion exchange and the amorphous silicate minerals containing water after weathering and diagenesis by sediments. It can not only adsorb mycotoxins, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses, repair and protect intestinal membrane, enhance intestinal barrier function, maintain normal intestinal structure and microflora, and improve intestinal enzyme activity, but also be used as nutritive feed additive to promote animal production, improve the quality of animal products, enhance the antioxidant and immune functions, maintain intestinal health, enhance disease resistance, and improve the environment of livestock and poultry houses. In this study, the biological function of silicate clay minerals and its application in poultry production were summarized, which provided reference for the application of silicate clay in poultry production.
