白藜芦醇、绿原酸对新疆驴精液低温保存效果的影响

摘要(Abstract):
为探究白藜芦醇、绿原酸对新疆驴精液低温保存效果的影响,本实验在自配稀释液中分别加入白藜芦醇(0、25、50、100、200μmol/L)、绿原酸(0、0.03、0.06、0.09、0.12 g/L),检测精子在此环境下的精子活率、质膜完整性、顶体完整性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等指标。结果表明:随着低温保存时间的延长,100μmol/L白藜芦醇组的精子活率、质膜完整性和顶体完整性高于0μmol/L白藜芦醇组(P<0.05),SOD活性提高(P<0.05);0.06 g/L绿原酸组的精子活率、质膜完整性和顶体完整性显著高于0 g/L绿原酸组(P<0.05),SOD活性提高(P<0.05)。因此,精液稀释液中分别添加100μmol/L白藜芦醇、0.06g/L绿原酸能够显著改善精子质量,提高新疆驴精液的低温保存效果。
