摘要(Abstract):

鸡精液冷冻保存对于家禽生产业发展和种质资源保护具有重要意义,有利于在鸡育种中进行后裔测定和基因组选择。但由于鸡精子的特殊结构,冷冻保存对其活力和受精率有较大影响,目前尚处于研究阶段。本文分析了鸡精子的结构与特点,对鸡精液冷冻技术的发展历程、冷冻保护剂和冷冻方法等研究进展进行综述,为今后禽类精液冷冻技术研究提供参考。
Cryopreservation of rooster semen is of great significance for the development of poultry production and the protection of breed resources, which is conducive to progeny testing and genome selection in chicken breeding. However, due to the special structure of rooster spermatozoa, cryopreservation has a great influence on its motility and fertilization rate, which is still under study. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of rooster semen were analyzed, and the development process, cryoprotectants and program of rooster semen cryopreservation were reviewed, so as to provide reference for the future research of poultry semen cryopreservation technology.
