游离脂肪酸对畜禽肠道内分泌细胞作用的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

脂肪酸是机体不可或缺的营养元素,长链脂肪酸主要存在于动、植物油中,短链脂肪酸则主要由肠道微生物发酵产生。肠道内分泌细胞(EECs)是胃肠道特化的一种上皮细胞,构成了机体最大的内分泌器官。肠道中的游离脂肪酸通过各种途径调节EECs分泌胃肠激素,在胃肠道的生理功能、营养代谢、摄食行为和免疫调节等方面具有重要作用。本文综述了脂肪酸对畜禽肠道EECs的作用,旨在为其调控畜禽肠道健康、生长发育以及相关疾病的防治提供参考。
Fatty acids are indispensable nutrients for the body. Long chain fatty acids are mainly exist in animal and vegetable oils, while short chain fatty acids are mainly produced by intestinal microbial fermentation. Enteroendocrine cells(EECs) are specialized epithelial cells of gastrointestinal tract, which constitute the largest endocrine organ of the body. Free fatty acids in the intestinal tract act on EECs through various ways, modulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones to play an important role in physiological function of the gastrointestinal tract, nutritional metabolism, feeding behavior and immune regulation. In this review, we described the effects of free fatty acids on EECs of livestock and poultry, aiming to provide reference for the regulation of intestinal health, growth and development of livestock and poultry, as well as the prevention and control of related diseases.
